When you Shop Thru The Heart you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience with the added bonus that we will donate a portion of the purchase price to your favorite registered non-profit organization.

What can I purchase on the Shop Thru The Heart Mall?

Nearly everything! Our merchants include retail stores, office supplies, computers, phone services, travel, flights, hotel, car rentals, books, gifts, flowers, furniture, household items. Use your Shop Thru The Heart Mall for purchases at Work or at Home.

How do I Shop Thru The Heart?

Simply go to www.ShopThruTheHeart.com from the web browser on your computer or mobile device. You may also want to add a bookmark to this Mall to make it even easier to return and shop every time.

Can I use my existing store accounts when I Shop Thru The Heart?

Yes, after you log in to shop at the Shop Thru The Heart Mall you can use your existing accounts at Amazon, Macys, Bass Pro Shop, Barnes & Noble and many other stores.

Does it cost any more to Shop Thru The Heart?

No – there are no costs or fees to use the Shop Thru The Heart program.  You will always receive the same low internet shopping prices you are accustomed to.

Do I have to click on Shop Thru The Heart every time I make a purchase?

Yes. To have a portion of your purchase donated, you must reach the merchant’s site by clicking your Shop Thru The Heart link.

Why should I register and log in at the Shop Thru The Heart Mall?

By registering your account one time we will know which charity you have chosen for us to support with donations from your purchases.

I’ve registered.  Do I need to log out after a session?

If you are working from your own secure computer, staying logged in will give you quick access to your Shop Thru The Heart Mall and ensure that your purchases are credited to your cause of choice.

What charities can I choose from?

You can choose from the eligible 501(c)(3) charities or causes that have registered to be part of our program.

How do I select a charitable organization to support?

On your first visit to www.ShopThruTheHeart.com you will need to register and select your charitable organization before you begin shopping. We will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make using the Shop Thru The Heart program will result in a donation from us to your cause of choice.

What if my favorite charity is not registered to participate in Shop Thru The Heart Program or becomes ineligible?

If an organization does not register to participate or becomes ineligible, you will have a chance to select a different organization or we will redistribute donations earned among other organizations eligible to receive donations.

What types of causes are supported by the Shop Thru The Heart Program?

We support nonprofits, schools, colleges, military & veterans causes, animal rescue groups, medical support groups and more.

Can I Shop Thru The Heart with out Registering or Logging In?

Yes you can go direct to www.shopthrutheheart.com select SHOP button which takes you direct to Mall.  Save the mall to your Favorites or Bookmarks for future use. When you shop direct this way without registration or log in  your purchases will create our donations to the Causes that are using this program.

How much of my purchase does Shop Thru The Heart donate?

The Shop Thru The Heart Program will donate between 2% and 10% of the purchase price from your eligible purchases. The approximate amount of donation is listed under each store logo on the Mall Shopping Page.The purchase price is the amount paid for the item(s) minus any rebates and excluding shipping & handling, gift-wrapping fees, taxes, or service charges and can vary by product categories.

I represent a charitable organization, how can I learn more about registering my organization for the Shop Thru The Heart Program?

Do you charge organizations or supporters to participate?

No. We do not charge for this program.

If you don’t charge, where do you get your operational funding?

We receive our compensation from the Mall Merchants based on the volume of customers we drive to their sites.

How often are donations paid to my cause?

Shop Thru The Heart pays causes quarterly. Payments are made approximately 90 days after a transaction occurs. This period allows merchants time to credit returns and pay Shop Thru The Heart. For more information on our payment policy, see our Terms of Service.

When I Shop Thru The Heart, am I purchasing from you or the merchant?

You are purchasing from the merchant. When you click on your Shop Thru The Heart link, a code is passed along to the merchant that tells them you came from Shop Thru The Heart. Once you arrive at their site, shop as you normally do. Your earned donations will be automatically credited to your cause.

Can I receive a tax deduction for amounts donated based on my purchases using Shop Thru The Heart?

Donations are made by Shop Thru The Heart and are not tax deductible by you.

I’m having trouble with an order I placed. What should I do?

When you Shop Thru The Heart, your shopping is done on the merchant’s site. If you’re having problems with an order, you will need to contact the merchant directly. We suggest saving all confirmations you receive from the merchant in case there is ever an issue on their end.

Do you share my information with the merchants I visit?

No. When you click through to a merchant site, all we pass along to them is a code. When you make a purchase, they report back to us with that code, allowing us to match the donation to your account and charity of choice.

I already receive emails from some of your merchants. If I click on a coupon in one of their emails, can you still donate to my cause?

To be sure that your purchase will count for a donation, you should first click on your Shop Thru The Heart  link and then click to the merchant’s site. In most cases you will find the very same coupons, special offers & promo codes available on the merchant’s site.

Will I receive emails from you?

If you are registered, we will occasionally send you information on special offers — generally deals that provide a particularly high donation to your cause or save you money. You can opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the opt-out link in the email.

Can I change my email address, password, preferences, and cause?

Yes, you may manage your account by clicking on the “My Profile” link listed at the top right of the page. Your email address may not be changed. As an alternative, a new account may be created using your new email address with no impact to donations for previous purchases. Please use the Contact Us page to request removal of your old email address.
